| Erittäin tyytyväinen. Hotellissa näkyy perinteikäs tapa palvella asiakasta tinkimättömällä kunnioituksella ja palvelualttiudella, joka ei kuitenkaan tuntunut epäluonnolliselta imartelulta. Laadukas kuntosaliosasto jacuzzeineen sekä maksulllinen spa-osasto lisäävät mukavuutta. Aamiainen erinomainen. Baari ja hotelllin puutarhasisäpiha luovat erityistä viihtyisyyttä. Pidimme hotellista vapaa-ajanmatkalla, mutta valitsisin sen myös tulevaisuudessa työmatkani yöpymis- tai konferenssipaikaksi. Sijainti hyvä. Puhtaus erinomainen. |

| Small room. Older bathrooms. Forgot turndown service that was asked for. Would rather stay at Roosevelt or Windsor. Room size is very small and it has shower curtains without the curved pole. Have stayed at all three top New Orleans Hotels. I would stay at the JW before returning to the Ritz. Very expensive. The service is fine and it is clean. Bed is comfortable. |

| The bed linens were stained and the carpets wet. The room was not very clean. Location is great but the 3 floor guest check-in was confusing. Front desk personel were not very engaging. Valets were very good. I would not stay here again. |

| When checking in, they asked if we wanted a higher floor or lower floor, which was nice. We chose higher, got 9th floor and could see the MS River from our room. The room was so pretty and comfortable. Our only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that all the hallways and public spaces were freezing cold! I don't understand the reason for this.
Back to the plus side, there is a large and beautiful courtyard, perfect for sitting around and relaxing. Also this hotel is in the most convenient location. |

| Worth every dollar you send on mardi gras weekend. It is where everything happens and you can avoid getting lost late at night. |

| As expected a high end hotel located on Canal Street within stumbling distance from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. I've personally verified this.
Great food in the hotel and a friendly bar with live entertainment that is popular with the locals also. Hospitality team is top notch and friendly. They have a well appointed gym and spa for those so inclined.
Right outside of the hotel are the street cars to take a leisurely tour of the Garden District down St. Charles (recommended) and the upscale side of town. The French Quarter is a must see but touristy compared to the Garden District. You should see both.
Have stayed before, will stay again. |
